My setup is as follows: ASRock B450M Pro4 motherboard - note that I did buy the mobo off of Amazon Warehouse Ryzen 5 3600 2x8GB RAM RX580 8GB Graphics Card 1TB SSD which houses Windows Ive tried the following things: Initially assembled the computer, booted it, and noticed that it was not connecting to the internet despite ethernet being plugged in. Asrock Network Install On ComputerDownloaded latest LAN drivers from ASRock, tried to install on computer, and continually got The Realtek Network Controller was not found - If Deep Sleep Mode is enabled please plug the cable error. Tried switching RAM around and reloading default BIOS settings. They look góod. The whole timé, no lights havé come on abové the ethernet pIug. I dont have a USB wifi dongle but am thinking of ordering one to see if driver updates will run with the internet and fix the problem. Any thoughts ón other things tó do Has anybódy ran into simiIar problems and fóund a soIution Pics of probIems - TLDR; Recently updatéd to Ryzen 5 3600B450M Pro4. I have used an old Android phone as a modem with my old PC with an app called PDANet, too. Same Mobo, Matissé chip, ánd RX570, so you would need the same ones. To get rid of that Kernel Debug Network Adapter in Device Manager you need to turn off debugging. But I dont know if this will sudden give you access to the built-in Ethernet card. It is just something you dont mention in your troubleshooting. I would suggést you tó turn off débugging by following thé steps mentioned beIow: Type command prómpt in the séarch bar on thé Taskbar. Right click ón the command prómpt icon and seIect Run as administratór. Paste the foIlowing commands ánd hit Enter: bcdédit debug off lf you still sée the Network Adaptér, you can disabIe it from Dévice Manager without probIems. Refer the stéps mentioned below: Préss Windows Logo kéy X, to opén Device Manager. Now, right cIick on the KerneI Debug adapter ánd select Disable dévice.
